The results for CAT Dec 2007 exam was released yesterday and i was glad to see that:

T5 Managing People & Systems -Pass

T6 Drafting Financial Statements -Pass

T9 Preparing Tax Computations -Pass

especially paper T5 which i failed the last semester, i finally passed the paper-wOOt! Well the moral of the story is never give up especially when u are in this course-a journey to the world of ACCA...hopefully i can get through the remaining 2 papers and proceed to ACCA part2 the next semester...i know i can do it!

It seems that one after another 'erection' is happening in this year of election..firstly, our Health Minister then the latest HK film star Edison Chen..i'm sure you guys heard bout the story too and i guess you are curious to search for the photos yea? come'on guys, tell the truth, hehe! But in this case Edison is totally different from out Health Minister..he had more than one 'personal friends' and the 'personal friends' involved high profile celebrities-Cecillia Cheung, Gillian Chung(aikzx!my fav gal artist), Joey Yung, Bobo & more as someone claim to be the "Kira" from Death Note is yet to release more photos & videos of more celebrities..I'm sympatized over the girl victims in the photos as this scandal really impacts them not only now but also in the future..How can Edison be so careless to keep it inside his laptop & then send it for repair? I mean how can one forget what important stuffs you have in your personal computer especially 'these'..hmm

Lap Chun is the first day of spring in the Chinese Lunar Calendar which normally falls on the 4th of February every year. The Chinese believe if a New Year is to start without spring, this will denote a weak year ahead. Without spring to herald in the year, there will not be any significant growth, instead it looks like tough times are ahead...
Well, i'm sharing this because there is this phenomena where u put an egg on any flat surface, u will observe that the egg will be standing..serious, no joke!
I even experienced it myself!

Since my blog is so quiet for a while, i shall jz blog about this good citizen at a Mamak near my place...
It started when a customer was stung by a bee when he was leaving the Mamak.This foreign worker at the Mamak witnessed the incident and after discovering the habitat of this bee, he immediately inform the fire department to take further actions. The fire fighters arrived at night ( i think they assume the bees were sleeping) and set fire at the bee hive. Their mission finally accomplished after 20 minutes.

Drinking party at my place...
It was finally fixed at Awal Muharam eve. Andrea suggested we have fast n simple food so i decided to get pizzas. But first i went to pick up Jacqueline as she was not driving that day, after that i head to the nearest Pizza Hut and got the pizzas. Oh yea Pizza Hut service was good, they even serve u drinks while waiting for the pizza & refill ur drinks automatically when it was finished at no charge! Is their service this good all the while or only that branch?

So the party started about 8pm and this time Edmund brought his partner for the very first time along with my 2 best friends, Eric & Jyh Loong. Andrea bought a half bottle Black Label & i contributed a Chivas or how can we call it a drinking party rite? We started off with our meal after a long wait for Nicholas & Kay Sim as everyone became hungry & couldn't wait anymore but we did kept some pizzas for them according to Andrea: "eh, leave 3 pizzas for Nick & 1 for Kay Sim." Not that she's mean but Kay Sim is known to have an eating disorder.

After Nicholas n not to forget his new toy(DSLR camera) & Kay Sim arrived we proceed with the drinking along with a card game introduced by Jeremy, Andrea's boyfriend which goes

Among the rules implemented which contributed to the fun of the night were

Andrea: All muz speak BM at all times & failure to comply drinks..even phone calls & foul words were to be said in BM!! and guess wat she falls for her own rule too!!lolzx

Ed: All who is standing is to sit & vice versa..some especially Jacq was so relieved as she picked up the stand up card for 2 rounds!

Edgar: He abolished the BM rule and made everyone happy..after that some still spoke BM after a long game,lolzx

After that we went to watch Game Plan DVD starring The Rock and a very cute gal which i bought a day ago for the party. Everyone enjoyed the movie...

To end the party, we decided to take a group photo again with nick's tripod. Among some who stayed until about 2 pm we played Black Jack and this time we play with $$ since it's going to be chinese new year soon. By 2:30pm, everyone left...Newayz, it was really an enjoyable party with them!

We then went to join the croud at the concert arena until the 20sec countdown to 2008..there were performance by Yu Heng, Justin Lo, Soler, Yu Heng, Daniel Lee, and many more..n oh yea the fireworks were wow! i was speechless-very very beautiful, the best in my life i can say...

It was drizzling that nite but it did not stop us from enjoying ourselves..Felt tired and exhausted, i then head back to the hotel and went to bed..Woke up the next morning ard 8am and head to Genting=)
